Post Wise Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Accounts Officer:-
CA/ CS/ ICWA/ Master in Financial Control/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Assistant Section Officer (ASO):-
(i) Graduation pass or its equivalent from any recognized University. (ii) Computer Proficiency.
Architectural Assistant:-
Degree in Architecture from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.
Legal Assistant:-
(i) Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for Registration at Bar and appearing before the Courts) from a recognized University or equivalent. and
(ii) 03 years experience at Bar.
Naib Tehsildar:-
Graduation pass from a recognized University or equivalent with 50% marks or above.
Junior Engineer (Civil):-
Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution or equivalent.
Surveyor:-
(i) Diploma OR 02 years National Trade Certificate in Surveying from recognized Institute or equivalent and (ii) 02 years experience in Survey work.
Patwari:-
Graduation pass from any recognized University or equivalent thereof.
Junior Secretariat Assistant:-
(i) Passed 12th examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.)

Candidates can only apply online through the official website of DDA i.e. www.dda.gov.in. Applications received through any other mode/ means will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected. To apply online, visit our website www.dda.gov.in go to "Jobs" -> "Select Job Category" -> "Direct Recruitment 2023". No other mode/ channel would be acceptable under any circumstance.
After submitting the online application, the candidates are required to take print out of the finally submitted online application and retain the same with them.

DDA Recruitment Selection Process
Candidate Will be Selected On The basis Of Computer Based Examination, Interview/ Typing Test/ Computer Proficiency Test.
The question paper shall be of 02 Hours duration of 120 marks consisting of 120 questions of objective type (multiple choice questions) of the respective discipline as well as questions on test of reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general awareness and English language
DDA Recruitment Mode Of Application Fee
1. Internet Banking of SBI & its Associate Banks.
2. Debit card powered by RuPay/ VISA/ Master debit card etc.
3. Unified Payment Interface (UPI) (BHIM UPI); and
4. Unified Payments Interface Quick Response Code (UPI QR Code) (BHIM UPI QR Code)
5. Fees paid by modes other than through Online mode will not be accepted and the applications of such candidates will be rejected and the payment made shall stand forfeited.

a. Candidates can apply online by visiting the DDA's official website i.e. www.dda.gov.in go to "Jobs" -> "Select Job Category” -> "Direct Recruitment 2023"
b. Candidates will get the instructions page and they will have to accept the terms & conditions by clicking 'I Agree' Check box given below and pressing the 'Start' button.
c. Applicant needs to sign up first with their valid E-mail ID and Mobile No. with them while signing up.
d. The One-time Password and login details will be sent at the E-mail ID & Mobile No. provided, so candidates are advised to verify the correctness of the Email ID & Mobile No. before proceeding further.
